The Pliant SDX Windows Desktop Client provides many of the same features avilable in the web client, with the addition of providing a way to map their SDX cloud files as a local drive and to locally sync folders to and from SDX.
To begin using the client, select the “Cloud Explorer” desktop icon.
To browse local files, open windows explorer and browse to the drive letter specified during install, or select cloud files from the Cloud Explorer.
To sync folders to/from a local client, select “Cloud Sync” from the Cloud Explorer.
Select Configure – New Sync Pair. Input the location of the Local and Cloud folder that you will be syncing. Select from the list of available options for Sync Mode, Sync Deletions, Sync Versioning, and the Sync Schedule.
After selecting OK, you can manually force a sync by selecting “Startsync”
Team Folders can also by synchronized for off-line viewing.
