At the main dashboard click the green + to instantiate a new VM

Select the desired template

Enter a name for the VM

Customize desired CPU, Memory and Disk size

Enter a password for the Admin user

After customizing, click the Add Network Interface button.

Select the desired network to connect the VM to, then click Create to instantiate the VM
